Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. In a one-hour class, for 8 nights you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. You will need to bring water and a mat and wear comfortable clothes/shoes.
Too cold, dark and slippery outside to get a walk in? Join our indoor walking club. Start out at our drop-in center where you can sit down and change out of your boots, into a good pair of walking shoes. Stay on the ground level or challenge yourself by walking between the first and second floors. This is an independent program with no instruction provided.

In this 6-week introductory course to Heart Rhythm Meditation, we’ll learn to recognize and regulate our internal rhythms and feelings, and hone our abilities to redesign our attitudes and actions. We’ll apply this practice to our health, relationships, and goals, allowing us to take on larger challenges with less stress.
Beacon Hospice volunteers help create an environment of comfort, compassion and dignity for our patients and their families. Volunteers enjoy listening to patient's stories, reading aloud, watching movies together, holding hands, sharing music or simply sitting. Hospice volunteer training will be made available along with a certificate of completion and a hospice volunteer ID Badge.
